A few years ago I spent 6 wonderful weeks in Copenhagen on an internship at the National Museum of Denmark's Conservation Department. One of my wonderful colleagues brought this cake to share for his birthday. It was absolutely yummy.
I sprinkle it with some powder sugar to enhance the yumminess. The recipe I found came from the Waitrose page. You can also add some whipping cream or vanilla ice cream when you are serving it up.
